Georg-Alexander Reuther
Born in Munich, 1961, I am a proud father of two grown sons. Upon finishing school, I lived and worked in Ibiza for several years, and later moved to Munich at the age of 25 to face new challenges. At the age of 30, I was the Managing Director of a family business before switching to a renowned German furniture company. In 2000, I joined a company as a managing partner that specializes in consumer electronics across Europe.
The results and innovative (thinking) approaches emphasized during my training on ethnicity basics in 2006, as well as additional training in 2013, were essential for my professional success and personal development.
In the last 25 years as an entrepreneur and manager, I have repeatedly observed cases where various projects still did not yield the satisfactory/desired result despite optimal conditions, intensive personal commitment, and sufficient potential. I noted that subconscious mechanisms take charge, which can sabotage private or organization / commercial plans.
The greatest opportunity for positive change in life is recognizing these negative patterns, understanding their source and effect, and then developing strategies and tools to assist in altering the present to create a better future.
